A watch is a timepiece and timeless piece. To ensure the longevity of your watch, our in-house repair service will take care of watches when they are faulty. 

Guarantee

If your watch should show any malfunctions within the first 12 months after your purchase, we will repair it for free. For Kaoru products, our warranty covers malfunctions in the first 6 months. 
Just tell us what seems to be the issue, we will discuss the next steps with you.
